Junior UI / UX - Other - BFSI Sector

We are seeking a motivated Junior UI / UX Designer with 1-2 years of experience and an LLM degree to join our dynamic team in Kolkata. This role is crucial in shaping the user experience of our digital banking products, ensuring they are intuitive, accessible, and engaging for our diverse customer base within the BFSI sector. You will leverage your analytical and design thinking skills to translate complex requirements into user-friendly interfaces.

Key Responsibilities:

Collaborate with product managers and stakeholders to understand user needs and business requirements for digital banking features.

Conduct user research, analyze data, and synthesize insights to inform design decisions.

Create wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity mockups for web and mobile applications.

Apply principles of user-centered design to ensure usability and accessibility standards are met.

Iterate on designs based on user feedback and usability testing.

Contribute to the development of design systems and style guides.

Analyze user behavior patterns and identify areas for improvement within existing digital interfaces.
