Layout Engineer - Healthcare & Life Sciences Sector

We are seeking a diligent and detail-oriented Layout Engineer with 3-4 years of experience to join our team in Vadodara. This role is crucial for optimizing facility designs and ensuring efficient operational workflows within our pharmaceutical manufacturing environment. The ideal candidate will possess a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) degree and a foundational understanding of spatial planning and process flow, with a keen eye for detail and problem-solving abilities.

Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and optimize plant and equipment layouts, ensuring compliance with safety, regulatory, and operational standards.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including engineering, manufacturing, and quality assurance, to gather requirements and incorporate feedback into layout designs.
- Create and maintain detailed layout drawings, P&IDs (Piping and Instrumentation Diagrams), and related documentation using CAD software.
- Conduct site surveys and analysis to assess existing conditions and identify areas for improvement.
- Support the implementation of new equipment and process lines, ensuring seamless integration into existing facilities.
- Participate in design reviews and provide input on layout feasibility and efficiency.
- Troubleshoot layout-related issues and propose effective solutions.
- Assist in the development of material flow strategies and space utilization plans.
