We are seeking a meticulous and organized Librarian with a legal background to manage our comprehensive knowledge resources. The ideal candidate will be responsible for cataloging, maintaining, and disseminating information, ensuring easy access to legal documents, industry reports, and research materials crucial for our recruitment and staffing operations. This role is perfect for an LLB graduate with 2-3 years of experience in a similar capacity.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and maintain a systematic cataloging system for all library resources, including legal databases, industry publications, and internal documents.
Ensure the accuracy and completeness of all library records and manage inventory.
Assist recruitment consultants and legal team by retrieving relevant documents, research papers, and case studies.
Stay updated with new legal developments and industry trends to curate relevant resources.
Manage the circulation of library materials and ensure timely returns.
Implement and maintain digital archiving and retrieval systems.
Provide training to staff on library usage and resource access.
