Load Dispatcher

Role Summary:
We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Load Dispatcher to join our team in Coimbatore. The Load Dispatcher will be responsible for the efficient and timely allocation and scheduling of resources, ensuring smooth operations for our sports and leisure events. This role requires strong organizational skills, excellent communication, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. The ideal candidate will have 4-6 years of experience in a similar role and possess a graduate degree.

Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain optimized schedules for event logistics, including transportation, equipment, and personnel.
- Monitor and track the movement of resources in real-time, making necessary adjustments to ensure adherence to schedules.
- Coordinate with various internal departments (operations, logistics, event management) and external vendors to ensure seamless execution.
- Respond to and resolve any operational disruptions or emergencies promptly and effectively.
- Maintain accurate records of dispatches, routes, and resource utilization.
- Analyze dispatch data to identify areas for improvement in efficiency and cost-effectiveness.
- Ensure compliance with all relevant safety regulations and company policies.
- Communicate effectively with drivers, crew members, and stakeholders regarding dispatch instructions and updates.
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly reports on dispatch activities and performance metrics.
