Role Summary: We are seeking a highly analytical and strategic Management Consultant to join our growing team in Bangalore. This role will focus on driving critical business initiatives within Razorpay, a leading FinTech player. You will leverage your M.Sc. education and 2-6 years of consulting or relevant industry experience to identify opportunities, solve complex problems, and implement impactful solutions across various business functions. You will work closely with senior leadership to shape the future of our payment and banking solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

Conduct in-depth market research and competitive analysis to identify emerging trends and opportunities in the FinTech and payments landscape.

Develop and refine business strategies, operational models, and product roadmaps to support company growth and objectives.

Analyze complex business problems, identify root causes, and formulate data-driven recommendations.

Lead cross-functional project teams to implement strategic initiatives, ensuring timely and successful execution.

Create compelling presentations and reports to communicate findings and recommendations to senior stakeholders.

Collaborate with product, engineering, sales, and marketing teams to align strategies and drive business outcomes.

Support the development and optimization of internal processes and operational efficiencies.
