Manager - Data Science - Banking (2-3 Yrs Exp)

Role Summary: We are seeking a motivated and analytical Data Science Manager with 2-3 years of experience to join our dynamic team at HDFC Bank in Lucknow. The ideal candidate will leverage data-driven insights to solve complex business problems within the banking domain, contributing to strategic decision-making and product development. This role requires a strong foundation in statistical modeling, machine learning, and programming, coupled with an understanding of the financial services industry.

Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement advanced statistical and machine learning models for areas such as credit risk assessment, fraud detection, customer segmentation, and personalized marketing campaigns.
- Analyze large datasets to identify trends, patterns, and actionable insights that drive business growth and improve operational efficiency.
- Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand their challenges and translate them into data science problems.
- Design and conduct A/B tests and other experiments to evaluate the effectiveness of data-driven initiatives.
- Build and maintain data pipelines, ensuring data quality and integrity for modeling and reporting purposes.
- Communicate complex findings and recommendations clearly to both technical and non-technical audiences through reports and presentations.
- Stay abreast of the latest advancements in data science, machine learning, and AI, and explore their application within the banking sector.
- Contribute to the development of data governance policies and best practices.
