Role Summary: We are seeking a highly motivated and innovative Manager - R & D with a Doctorate/PhD in a relevant scientific or engineering discipline to join our esteemed research and development team in Gurgaon. This role is ideal for individuals with 1-2 years of post-doctoral research or industry R&D experience, eager to contribute to cutting-edge advancements in the oil and gas sector. You will be responsible for leading and executing research projects, developing novel technologies, and driving innovation to address the evolving challenges and opportunities in the energy landscape.

Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage R&D projects from conception to implementation, ensuring alignment with strategic business objectives.
- Conduct advanced research in areas such as enhanced oil recovery, unconventional hydrocarbon exploration, carbon capture utilization and storage (CCUS), and sustainable energy solutions.
- Design and execute experimental protocols, analyze complex datasets, and interpret results to generate actionable insights.
- Develop and patent new technologies, processes, and methodologies to improve operational efficiency, reduce environmental impact, and enhance resource recovery.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including geoscientists, engineers, and business development, to translate research findings into commercial applications.
- Stay abreast of the latest scientific and technological advancements in the oil and gas industry and identify potential areas for innovation.
- Mentor junior researchers and contribute to the growth of the R&D department.
- Prepare technical reports, research papers, and presentations for internal and external stakeholders.
