Role Summary:
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Mining Surveyor to join our growing team in Gurgaon. The ideal candidate will be responsible for conducting precise land surveys, mapping, and data collection for various mining and exploration projects. This role requires a strong understanding of surveying principles, data analysis, and the ability to work effectively in a dynamic startup environment within the law enforcement and security services sector, focusing on resource management and asset protection. This position is suitable for individuals with 2 to 6 years of experience and a BBA/BBM degree.

Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct topographic, boundary, and volumetric surveys using advanced surveying equipment (e.g., total stations, GPS, drones).
- Prepare detailed maps, plans, and cross-sections of mining sites, including geological features and infrastructure.
- Collect, process, and analyze survey data to ensure accuracy and integrity.
- Collaborate with geologists, engineers, and project managers to define survey requirements and project scopes.
- Ensure compliance with all relevant surveying standards, regulations, and safety protocols.
- Maintain accurate survey records, databases, and reports.
- Assist in the development of mine plans and operational strategies by providing accurate spatial data.
- Support asset mapping and security assessments related to mining operations.
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of surveying processes and technologies.
