Night Auditor / Manager

Role Summary: We are seeking a diligent and experienced Night Auditor / Manager to oversee our operations during night shifts at our Thiruvananthapuram facility. This role is crucial for ensuring the smooth functioning of administrative and operational tasks, managing guest services, and maintaining financial accuracy overnight. The ideal candidate will possess a strong B.Sc background and 6 years of relevant experience in a similar capacity, demonstrating leadership and problem-solving skills.

Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct thorough audits of financial transactions, including guest accounts, cash receipts, and revenue postings, to ensure accuracy and compliance with company policies.
- Prepare daily financial reports, reconciling discrepancies and identifying potential issues for management review.
- Manage front desk operations during the night shift, including check-ins, check-outs, guest inquiries, and resolving any guest complaints promptly and professionally.
- Oversee and coordinate the work of any night staff, providing guidance and support.
- Ensure the security and safety of the premises during the night shift.
- Respond to emergencies and critical situations effectively, following established protocols.
- Maintain accurate records of all activities and transactions.
- Liaise with other departments to ensure seamless operations and guest satisfaction.
- Perform other duties as assigned by management.
