Role Summary: The Onboard Host/Hostess will be responsible for ensuring a comfortable and pleasant travel experience for passengers on our premium train services. This role involves providing excellent customer service, managing onboard amenities, and ensuring adherence to safety and hygiene standards.
Key Responsibilities:
- Welcome and assist passengers with boarding and seating arrangements.
- Provide information about the train services, amenities, and journey details.
- Serve meals and beverages efficiently and courteously.
- Maintain cleanliness and hygiene in passenger compartments and common areas.
- Address passenger inquiries, requests, and concerns promptly and professionally.
- Assist in managing onboard inventory of food, beverages, and other supplies.
- Ensure passenger safety and respond to any emergency situations as per protocol.
- Collect feedback from passengers to improve service quality.
