Opening for Assistant Director | Events Startup

We are seeking a dynamic and driven Assistant Director with 1-2 years of experience and an MBA/PGDM to join our growing event management startup in Guwahati. This role is crucial in supporting the Director in the planning, execution, and management of various live entertainment and event projects. You will be involved in all stages of the event lifecycle, from conceptualization to post-event analysis, ensuring successful and impactful outcomes.

Key Responsibilities:

• - Assist the Event Director in developing creative concepts and strategic plans for events.
• - Coordinate with vendors, suppliers, and artists to ensure smooth logistics and timely delivery of services.
• - Manage event budgets, track expenses, and ensure cost-effectiveness.
• - Support on-site event execution, including setup, operations, and client liaison.
• - Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify new opportunities.
• - Prepare post-event reports, including performance analysis and client feedback.
• - Contribute to marketing and promotional activities for events.
• - Ensure all event activities comply with legal requirements and safety standards.
