Opening for Instructional Designer | 0-2 Yrs

We are seeking a motivated and creative Instructional Designer with 0-2 years of experience to join our team. This role is ideal for an MBA/PGDM graduate looking to contribute to the agricultural technology sector. You will be responsible for developing engaging and effective learning materials to support our internal teams and external stakeholders. You'll work closely with subject matter experts to translate complex agricultural and business concepts into accessible and impactful training programs.

Key Responsibilities:

Design and develop engaging e-learning modules, training presentations, and other learning materials.

Collaborate with subject matter experts (SMEs) to gather information and ensure content accuracy.

Apply adult learning principles and instructional design models (e.g., ADDIE) to create effective learning experiences.

Assist in the evaluation of training programs and make recommendations for improvements.

Manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.

Support the implementation and delivery of training initiatives.
