We are seeking a motivated individual with 2-3 years of experience and an M.Com degree to join our team as a Legal Liaisoning professional. This role is crucial for ensuring smooth communication and compliance between our company and various legal and governmental bodies. You will be instrumental in managing legal documentation, facilitating approvals, and maintaining strong relationships with external stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities:
Liaise with government departments, regulatory bodies, and legal authorities to obtain necessary permits, licenses, and approvals.
Prepare and submit legal documents, applications, and reports accurately and within deadlines.
Maintain a strong understanding of relevant laws, regulations, and compliance requirements.
Coordinate with internal legal counsel and external law firms for case management and legal advice.
Track and ensure compliance with all statutory obligations and legal requirements.
Attend meetings with regulatory bodies and represent the company's interests.
Manage and organize all legal and compliance-related documentation.
