Opening for Steward / Waiter / Waitress | 2-4 Yrs

We are seeking a dedicated and customer-focused Steward / Waiter / Waitress with 2-4 years of experience to join our team in Mangalore. While the role is primarily in hospitality services, we are open to candidates with a B.Tech/B.E. degree who possess strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills, transferable from their technical background. This role involves providing excellent service to our employees and guests in our company's facilities.

Key Responsibilities:

Serve food and beverages to employees and guests in a professional and courteous manner.

Prepare dining areas for service, ensuring cleanliness, tidiness, and proper setup.

Take accurate food and beverage orders and relay them to the kitchen or bar.

Handle guest inquiries, requests, and complaints efficiently and professionally.

Maintain a thorough knowledge of menu items, ingredients, and preparation methods.

Assist with inventory management and stock control for F&B supplies.

Adhere to all health, safety, and hygiene standards.

Collaborate effectively with kitchen staff and other team members.
