We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Team Lead / Network Manager with 0-2 years of experience to join our dynamic team in Kochi. This role is ideal for a recent B.Tech/B.E. graduate looking to kickstart their career in network management and team leadership within the fast-paced automobile industry. You will be responsible for overseeing and managing the company's network infrastructure, ensuring its stability, security, and efficiency, while also guiding a small team.

Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in the design, implementation, and maintenance of the company's local area network (LAN) and wide area network (WAN).
- Monitor network performance and troubleshoot connectivity issues to ensure seamless operations.
- Implement and manage network security measures, including firewalls, VPNs, and intrusion detection systems.
- Provide technical support to end-users for network-related problems.
- Collaborate with senior IT staff on network upgrades and new technology implementations.
- Develop and maintain network documentation, including diagrams and configuration guides.
- Supervise and mentor junior network technicians, fostering a collaborative team environment.
- Participate in on-call rotation for network emergencies.
