This role is ideal for individuals with a BBA/BBM background who possess a strong understanding of business processes and a keen interest in leveraging technology to enhance operational efficiency and drive innovation in the hospitality domain. You will play a crucial role in designing, implementing, and managing our DevOps infrastructure and practices.

Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with development and operations teams to streamline the software development lifecycle (SDLC).
- Implement and manage CI/CD pipelines for various applications within the hospitality ecosystem.
- Automate infrastructure provisioning, configuration management, and deployment processes using tools like Ansible, Terraform, or similar.
- Monitor system performance, identify bottlenecks, and implement solutions for improved reliability and scalability.
- Ensure security best practices are integrated into the DevOps workflows.
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to infrastructure, deployment, and application performance.
- Contribute to the architectural design of cloud-native solutions, focusing on cost-effectiveness and business alignment.
- Document processes, procedures, and system configurations.
- Work closely with business stakeholders to understand requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
