Operations / Strategy - Other (B.Des Required) - Delhi

We are seeking a dynamic and strategically-minded individual with a B.Des degree and 3-5 years of experience to join our Operations and Strategy team in Delhi. This role is crucial for driving operational excellence and contributing to the strategic growth initiatives of our biotechnology business in India. The ideal candidate will leverage their design thinking and analytical skills to optimize processes, identify new opportunities, and support key business decisions.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and implement operational strategies to enhance efficiency and productivity across various departments.

Analyze current business processes, identify bottlenecks, and propose innovative solutions using design thinking principles.

Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify new business opportunities and strategic partnerships.

Support the development and execution of long-term strategic plans for the organization.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including R&D, manufacturing, marketing, and sales, to ensure alignment and successful project execution.

Prepare reports, presentations, and dashboards to communicate findings and recommendations to senior management.

Contribute to process improvement initiatives and best practice implementation.
