Job Description

Role Summary: The Central Reserve Police Force (CRPF) seeks a highly skilled and compassionate Pediatric Surgeon to provide comprehensive medical care to the children of its personnel and their dependents. This role is critical in ensuring the health and well-being of the families serving the nation. The Pediatric Surgeon will be responsible for diagnosing, treating, and managing a wide range of pediatric medical conditions, performing surgeries, and contributing to the overall healthcare services provided by CRPF medical facilities.

Key Responsibilities:
- Diagnose and treat congenital anomalies, diseases, and injuries in infants, children, and adolescents.
- Perform a variety of pediatric surgical procedures, including but not limited to, general pediatric surgery, neonatal surgery, and specialized pediatric surgeries.
- Provide pre-operative and post-operative care to pediatric surgical patients.
- Interpret diagnostic tests, including imaging studies and laboratory results, to guide treatment plans.
- Collaborate with other medical professionals, including pediatricians, anesthesiologists, and nurses, to ensure coordinated patient care.
- Maintain accurate and detailed patient records.
- Stay updated with the latest advancements in pediatric surgery and medical technology.
- Participate in medical education and training programs for junior doctors and medical staff.
- Adhere to all ethical and professional standards of medical practice.
- Contribute to the development and implementation of pediatric healthcare protocols within CRPF medical facilities.
