Personal Banker - NGO / Social Services / Industry Associations (3-5 Yrs Exp)

Role Summary: Arogya World is seeking a dedicated and experienced Personal Banker to manage financial relationships and provide tailored banking services to our stakeholders, including donors, partners, and internal teams. This role is crucial for ensuring the smooth financial operations and sustainability of our health initiatives. The ideal candidate will leverage their M.Com background and 3-5 years of experience to contribute to our mission.

Key Responsibilities:

Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with key financial stakeholders, understanding their needs and providing personalized banking solutions.

Financial Advisory: Offer expert financial advice and guidance to support the organization's financial goals and the financial well-being of its partners.

Transaction Management: Oversee and facilitate various banking transactions, ensuring accuracy, efficiency, and compliance with all relevant regulations.

Financial Planning & Analysis: Assist in financial planning, budgeting, and analysis to support strategic decision-making within the organization.

Compliance & Reporting: Ensure adherence to all banking laws, regulations, and internal policies. Prepare regular financial reports for management and stakeholders.

Problem Resolution: Address and resolve any client queries or issues promptly and effectively.
