Role Summary:
We are seeking a motivated and organized PMO Executive to join our growing team in Bhubaneshwar. This role will support the Project Management Office in ensuring the smooth execution of projects within the semiconductor manufacturing domain. The ideal candidate will have a keen eye for detail, strong administrative skills, and a desire to learn and grow within a dynamic startup environment. This position is suitable for individuals with 2-6 years of experience and a Bachelor's degree.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in the planning, execution, and monitoring of projects.
- Maintain project documentation, including schedules, status reports, and meeting minutes.
- Track project timelines, milestones, and deliverables, and report on progress.
- Coordinate with project teams and stakeholders to ensure timely communication.
- Support in risk and issue management by documenting and tracking identified items.
- Assist in resource allocation and management as directed by the PMO Manager.
- Prepare presentations and reports for project reviews and management.
- Ensure adherence to PMO processes and standards.
- Support in budget tracking and financial reporting for projects.
- Contribute to continuous improvement of PMO processes and tools.
