Private Attorney / Lawyer role in Emerging Technologies (2-4 Yrs)

We are seeking a diligent and detail-oriented Private Attorney / Lawyer with 2-4 years of experience to join our legal team in Kolkata. This role is crucial for supporting our operations within the dynamic emerging technologies sector, particularly concerning pharmaceutical innovations and intellectual property. The ideal candidate will possess a strong understanding of pharmaceutical regulations and a unique background with an M.Pharma degree, providing valuable insights into the technical aspects of our business.

Key Responsibilities:
- Review, draft, and negotiate a variety of legal documents, including contracts, agreements, and licenses, with a focus on technology and intellectual property.
- Provide legal counsel and support on regulatory compliance matters related to pharmaceutical products and emerging technologies in India.
- Conduct legal research and analysis on complex issues, particularly those at the intersection of law, pharmaceuticals, and technology.
- Assist in managing intellectual property portfolios, including patent applications, trademarks, and copyrights.
- Advise on data privacy and protection regulations relevant to the healthcare and technology sectors.
- Support litigation and dispute resolution efforts as needed.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders, including R&D, business development, and compliance teams, to ensure legal alignment.
