Production Manager (Oil & Gas)

Role Summary:
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Production Manager to oversee and optimize our oil and gas production operations in Surat. The ideal candidate will leverage their M.Pharma background and 2-6 years of experience to ensure efficient, safe, and high-quality production processes. This role demands a strong understanding of chemical processes, quality control, and team leadership within a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

Key Responsibilities:
- Manage day-to-day production activities, ensuring adherence to schedules and production targets.
- Implement and monitor production processes, identifying areas for improvement in efficiency and cost-effectiveness.
- Ensure compliance with all safety regulations, environmental standards, and quality control protocols.
- Supervise and mentor a team of production staff, fostering a culture of collaboration and continuous improvement.
- Manage raw material inventory, procurement, and utilization.
- Troubleshoot production issues and implement corrective actions.
- Collaborate with engineering, maintenance, and quality assurance departments to ensure smooth operations.
