Project Manager - Manufacturing

Role Summary: We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Project Manager to oversee and drive manufacturing projects within our food processing facilities. The ideal candidate will be responsible for the planning, execution, and successful completion of projects, ensuring they are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards. This role requires a strong understanding of manufacturing processes, project management methodologies, and excellent leadership skills.

Key Responsibilities:

- Lead the planning and execution of manufacturing projects from initiation to closure.
- Develop detailed project plans, including scope, timelines, resources, and budget.
- Manage cross-functional teams, including engineering, production, quality assurance, and supply chain.
- Identify and mitigate project risks and issues, ensuring minimal disruption to operations.
- Monitor project progress, track key performance indicators, and provide regular status reports to stakeholders.
- Ensure compliance with all relevant safety, quality, and regulatory standards.
- Collaborate with vendors and suppliers to procure necessary equipment and materials.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives within manufacturing processes.
