Job Description

We are seeking an experienced and driven QA Team Manager to lead our quality assurance efforts for software products. This role is ideal for an individual with a strong technical background, including an M.Tech degree, and 2-4 years of experience in managing QA teams and processes within the software product industry. You will be responsible for ensuring the highest quality standards for our innovative software solutions, fostering a culture of excellence, and driving continuous improvement within the QA function.

Key Responsibilities:
- Lead, mentor, and manage a team of QA engineers, fostering a collaborative and high-performing environment.
- Develop and implement comprehensive test strategies, plans, and processes for software products, aligning with project goals and timelines.
- Oversee the execution of various testing phases, including functional, integration, regression, performance, and security testing.
- Define and track key quality metrics, providing regular reports to stakeholders on product quality and team performance.
- Identify and implement improvements to QA processes, tools, and methodologies to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
- Collaborate closely with development teams, product managers, and other stakeholders to understand requirements and ensure timely delivery of high-quality software.
- Drive the adoption of test automation strategies and frameworks.
- Manage defect tracking and resolution processes, ensuring thorough analysis and documentation.
- Stay abreast of industry best practices and emerging technologies in QA and software development.
