Quality Analyst

Role Summary:
We are seeking a meticulous and analytical Quality Analyst with 5-5 years of experience and an MBA/PGDM degree to join our dynamic team in Ahmedabad. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring the quality and accuracy of financial models, reports, and client deliverables within our Investment Banking operations. This role requires a strong understanding of financial markets, analytical rigor, and a keen eye for detail to uphold the highest standards of service.

Key Responsibilities:
- Review and validate financial models, valuation reports, and pitch books for accuracy, consistency, and adherence to internal standards and client requirements.
- Conduct thorough data analysis to identify discrepancies, errors, and potential risks in financial information.
- Develop and implement quality control procedures and checklists for various project phases.
- Collaborate with deal teams to understand project objectives and ensure quality assurance throughout the transaction lifecycle.
- Prepare detailed quality reports, highlighting findings, recommendations, and corrective actions.
- Stay updated with industry best practices and regulatory changes impacting investment banking operations.
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of quality management processes and tools.
