Quality Consultant

Role Summary:
We are seeking a meticulous and experienced Quality Consultant with a B.Sc degree to join our team in Jaipur. The ideal candidate will have 6 years of experience in quality assurance and control within the leather industry. You will be responsible for developing, implementing, and monitoring quality management systems to ensure our leather products meet the highest standards of excellence and customer satisfaction. This role requires a strong understanding of leather processing, product development, and regulatory compliance.

Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement comprehensive quality control plans and procedures for leather raw materials, semi-finished goods, and finished products.
- Conduct regular inspections and audits of manufacturing processes to identify and address potential quality issues.
- Analyze quality data, identify trends, and implement corrective and preventive actions (CAPA).
- Collaborate with production, design, and R&D teams to ensure product quality throughout the development lifecycle.
- Stay updated on industry best practices, quality standards (e.g., ISO), and regulatory requirements relevant to the leather industry.
- Train and mentor junior quality assurance staff.
- Manage customer feedback and complaints related to product quality, ensuring timely resolution.
- Oversee the testing and certification of leather materials and finished goods.
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of quality management systems and processes.
