Job Description

Role Summary:
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Quality Head to lead our quality assurance initiatives at our Nasik office. This role is crucial for ensuring the highest standards of quality across our financial products and services. You will be responsible for developing and implementing comprehensive quality management strategies, driving continuous improvement, and fostering a quality-centric culture within the organization. This position is ideal for an M.Tech graduate with 3-6 years of experience in quality assurance, preferably within the fintech or financial services sector.

Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute a robust quality assurance strategy aligned with business objectives.
- Define and implement quality standards, processes, and procedures for all product development and service delivery lifecycles.
- Lead and mentor a team of QA engineers, fostering their professional growth and ensuring efficient task allocation.
- Oversee the design and execution of test plans, test cases, and automated testing frameworks.
- Conduct root cause analysis of defects and implement corrective and preventive actions.
- Collaborate with product management, engineering, and operations teams to ensure timely delivery of high-quality products.
- Monitor key quality metrics and provide regular reports to senior management.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance product quality, customer satisfaction, and operational efficiency.
- Stay abreast of industry best practices and emerging trends in quality assurance and financial technology.
