Real Estate Consultant / Agent

Role Summary:
We are seeking a highly analytical and motivated Real Estate Consultant / Agent with a strong technical background, ideally with an M.Tech degree, to join our team in Nasik. The ideal candidate will have 3-5 years of experience in real estate advisory, property management, or a related field, with a proven ability to leverage technical skills for strategic property acquisition and disposition. You will play a crucial role in identifying, evaluating, and managing real estate assets that align with our company's growth objectives in the Gems & Jewellery sector.

Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct thorough market research and feasibility studies for potential real estate investments and developments in Nasik and surrounding regions.
- Analyze property data, including valuation, zoning laws, and environmental regulations, applying your M.Tech expertise to assess risks and opportunities.
- Identify and evaluate suitable commercial and industrial properties for retail expansion, manufacturing facilities, and corporate offices.
- Negotiate lease agreements, purchase contracts, and other real estate transactions, ensuring favorable terms for the company.
- Manage property portfolios, including site selection, due diligence, and post-acquisition asset management.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with property owners, developers, real estate brokers, and legal advisors.
- Prepare detailed reports and presentations on real estate market trends, investment proposals, and portfolio performance for senior management.
- Ensure compliance with all local, state, and national real estate laws and regulations.
- Collaborate with internal departments (e.g., Finance, Legal, Operations) to align real estate strategies with business goals.
