Job Description

We are seeking an enthusiastic and results-oriented individual to join our team as a Center Head. This role is ideal for someone with 2-3 years of experience in the BPO/Call Centre industry who is looking to take on leadership responsibilities. You will be instrumental in managing day-to-day operations, ensuring high-quality service delivery, and fostering a positive and productive work environment for a growing team. Post-graduation is not a mandatory requirement for this position.

Key Responsibilities:

Oversee daily operations of the call centre, ensuring smooth and efficient workflow.

Manage and mentor a team of call centre agents and supervisors, providing guidance and support.

Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) such as call volume, average handling time, customer satisfaction, and agent productivity.

Implement and enforce operational policies and procedures.

Ensure compliance with company standards and regulatory requirements.

Identify areas for process improvement and implement solutions to enhance efficiency and customer experience.

Collaborate with other departments to achieve business objectives.

Handle escalated customer issues and ensure timely resolution.
