We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Desktop Engineer with 3-4 years of experience to join our dynamic Aviation Team based in Delhi. The ideal candidate will possess a BBA/BBM degree and have a strong understanding of IT infrastructure support within a corporate environment. You will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation and maintenance of desktop systems, providing technical support, and contributing to the overall IT efficiency of our airline operations.

Key Responsibilities:

Provide Tier 1 and Tier 2 technical support for desktop hardware, software, and network issues.

Install, configure, and maintain desktop operating systems (Windows, macOS) and standard office applications.

Manage user accounts, permissions, and access rights.

Troubleshoot hardware and software problems, and escalate issues as needed.

Assist with the deployment and upgrades of desktop hardware and software.

Maintain accurate IT asset inventory and documentation.

Collaborate with other IT teams to ensure seamless integration of desktop support with broader IT initiatives.

Provide basic training and support to end-users.
