Job Description
We are seeking a motivated individual with a legal background to join our Infrastructure, Transport & Real Estate division in Thane. This entry-level role (1-2 years of experience) offers a unique opportunity to apply legal knowledge within a dynamic engineering and manufacturing context. You will support our legal and project teams, ensuring compliance and contributing to the smooth execution of large-scale projects.
Key Responsibilities:
Assist in reviewing and drafting legal documentation related to infrastructure projects, including contracts, agreements, and tenders.
Provide support in ensuring compliance with relevant laws and regulations pertaining to engineering, manufacturing, and construction in India.
Liaise with internal departments (engineering, procurement, project management) and external legal counsel.
Conduct legal research on specific issues impacting infrastructure and real estate development.
Support the resolution of contractual disputes and claims.
Maintain accurate records of legal documents and project-related legal matters.
