Recruiting for Motion Graphics Designer - TV / Radio Team (3-5 Yrs)

We are seeking a creative and skilled Motion Graphics Designer with 3-5 years of experience to join our dynamic TV/Radio team in Vadodara. The ideal candidate will leverage their unique background, potentially including a B.Pharma education, to bring a fresh perspective to visual storytelling and content creation. You will be responsible for conceptualizing, designing, and executing engaging motion graphics for various broadcast and digital platforms.

Key Responsibilities:
- Conceptualize and design visually compelling motion graphics, animations, and visual effects for TV shows, radio segments, promotional materials, and digital content.
- Collaborate with creative directors, producers, and marketing teams to understand project scope, objectives, and visual requirements.
- Translate scripts, storyboards, and concepts into dynamic visual narratives.
- Utilize a strong understanding of pharmaceutical or scientific concepts (leveraging B.Pharma background) to create accurate and engaging visuals for specialized content, if applicable.
- Manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring timely delivery without compromising quality.
- Stay updated with the latest industry trends, software, and techniques in motion graphics and animation.
- Optimize motion graphics assets for various platforms and formats.
