Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in the development and implementation of safety policies and procedures.
- Conduct regular safety inspections and audits of the workplace to identify potential hazards.
- Monitor compliance with safety regulations and company policies.
- Investigate accidents, near misses, and occupational health issues, and recommend corrective actions.
- Maintain safety records and documentation, including incident reports and training logs.
- Organize and conduct safety awareness programs and training sessions for employees.
- Respond to safety emergencies and provide assistance as needed.
- Collaborate with HR and other departments to promote a culture of safety.
- Stay updated with the latest safety standards and regulations in India.
