Role Summary: We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented individual to join our team as an Environment Health and Safety (EHS) Officer. This role will primarily focus on ensuring compliance with EHS regulations and promoting a safe working environment within NHAI's projects and operations in Jaipur. The ideal candidate will have a Diploma in a relevant field and 1-2 years of experience in EHS practices.
Key Responsibilities:
Assist in the implementation and monitoring of EHS policies and procedures across project sites.
Conduct regular site inspections and safety audits to identify potential hazards and non-compliance.
Maintain EHS records, including incident reports, inspection logs, and training documentation.
Support the development and delivery of EHS training programs for site personnel.
Investigate EHS incidents and near misses, and recommend corrective actions.
Ensure compliance with environmental regulations related to waste management, pollution control, and resource conservation.
Assist in emergency preparedness and response planning.
Stay updated with relevant EHS legislation and best practices in India.
