Job Description

Key Responsibilities:
- Conceptualize and develop event plans, including themes, budgets, and timelines.
- Manage all aspects of event execution, from vendor selection and negotiation to on-site coordination.
- Liaise with internal stakeholders to understand event objectives and ensure alignment.
- Oversee event logistics, including venue booking, catering, A/V equipment, and transportation.
- Develop and manage event budgets, tracking expenses and ensuring cost-effectiveness.
- Create engaging event marketing materials and manage communication with attendees.
- Conduct post-event evaluations, gather feedback, and prepare reports for management.
- Ensure compliance with all company policies and relevant regulations.
