Recruiting for Busser - Manufacturing & Production Team

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Busser with 3-5 years of experience to join our dynamic Manufacturing & Production team in Vadodara. The ideal candidate will possess a B.Tech/B.E. degree and a strong understanding of production processes, quality control, and operational efficiency within the manufacturing sector. This role is crucial for ensuring the smooth and effective functioning of our production lines and maintaining high standards of operational excellence.

Key Responsibilities:

- Support production line operations by ensuring timely availability of materials, tools, and equipment.
- Assist in the setup and breakdown of production machinery and workstations.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the production floor, adhering to safety and hygiene standards.
- Monitor inventory levels of consumables and report any shortages.
- Collaborate with production supervisors and line operators to identify and resolve operational bottlenecks.
- Participate in quality checks and ensure products meet specified standards.
- Document production activities and report on key performance indicators.
- Adhere to all company safety policies and procedures, including the use of personal protective equipment (PPE).
- Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives within the manufacturing process.
