Role Summary:
We are looking for an enthusiastic and diligent Bell Boy / Porter with 2-4 years of experience to join our dynamic team in Kochi. The ideal candidate, holding an M.Sc degree, will be responsible for assisting guests, handling luggage, and ensuring a smooth and efficient flow of operations within the facility. This role requires a high level of customer service and attention to detail.
Key Responsibilities:
- Greet guests warmly upon arrival and departure, providing a positive first and last impression.
- Efficiently and safely transport guest luggage to and from rooms, ensuring proper handling.
- Assist guests with inquiries about hotel facilities, services, and local attractions.
- Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the lobby, bell desk, and luggage storage areas.
- Coordinate with front desk staff to manage room assignments and guest requests.
- Deliver messages, packages, and amenities to guest rooms as needed.
- Respond promptly and courteously to all guest requests and concerns.
- Uphold the company's standards of service excellence and professionalism.
- Contribute to a safe and secure environment for guests and staff.
