Role Summary:
We are seeking a dynamic and customer-focused Front Office Manager with 3-4 years of experience to oversee all front office operations at our esteemed hotel in Coimbatore. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring a seamless and memorable guest experience from arrival to departure, leading a team of front desk staff, and maintaining high standards of service and efficiency.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and supervise daily front desk operations, including check-ins, check-outs, reservations, and guest inquiries.
- Train, mentor, and motivate front desk staff to ensure exceptional guest service and adherence to hotel standards.
- Handle guest complaints and service recovery with professionalism and efficiency, aiming for high guest satisfaction.
- Oversee room inventory, occupancy rates, and revenue management strategies for the front office.
- Coordinate with other hotel departments (Housekeeping, F&B, Sales) to ensure smooth operations and guest satisfaction.
- Implement and maintain up-to-date front office policies and procedures.
- Prepare daily reports on front office activities, occupancy, and revenue.
- Ensure the lobby and front desk area are well-maintained and presentable at all times.
