We are seeking a dedicated and customer-focused Guest Service Associate with 3-4 years of experience to join our Power Operations team in Pune. The ideal candidate will possess a Diploma and a strong understanding of front-office operations within a corporate environment. You will be the first point of contact for our visitors and employees, ensuring a seamless and welcoming experience.
Key Responsibilities:
- Greet and assist visitors, clients, and employees in a professional and courteous manner.
- Manage the reception area, ensuring it is tidy, organized, and presentable.
- Handle incoming and outgoing calls, directing them to the appropriate departments or individuals.
- Schedule and manage meeting room bookings and visitor appointments.
- Provide information about company services, facilities, and events.
- Assist with administrative tasks such as mail sorting, courier handling, and data entry.
- Respond to guest inquiries and resolve any issues or complaints promptly and efficiently.
- Coordinate with internal departments to ensure smooth operations and guest satisfaction.
- Maintain visitor logs and security procedures.
