Housekeeping Executive / Attendant - Accounting / Auditing (3-5 Yrs Exp)

Role Summary: We are seeking a meticulous and experienced Housekeeping Executive/Attendant to manage and maintain the cleanliness and organization of our office premises. This role is crucial for ensuring a conducive and professional working environment for our team in the Accounting/Auditing division. The ideal candidate will have a Master's degree and 3-5 years of relevant experience in housekeeping management, preferably within a corporate setting.

Key Responsibilities:

Oversee and perform daily cleaning duties for all office areas, including workstations, meeting rooms, pantry, and restrooms.

Develop and implement effective cleaning schedules and procedures to ensure high standards of hygiene.

Manage inventory of cleaning supplies and equipment, ensuring adequate stock levels and proper storage.

Coordinate with vendors for specialized cleaning services and maintenance as needed.

Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations in all housekeeping operations.

Train and supervise junior housekeeping staff, if applicable.

Handle minor repairs and maintenance tasks or report them to the concerned department.

Maintain a professional and courteous demeanor when interacting with employees and visitors.
