Brew Master - Industrial Automation (3-4 Yrs Exp)

Role Summary: We are seeking a dynamic and analytical Brew Master with 3-4 years of experience to join our Industrial Automation team in Kochi. The ideal candidate will leverage their MBA/PGDM background and understanding of process optimization to contribute to the design, implementation, and improvement of automation solutions, particularly focusing on process-intensive industries where 'brewing' or batch processing is a critical element. This role requires a blend of business acumen and technical understanding to drive efficiency and innovation in our automation projects.

Key Responsibilities:

- Analyze existing industrial processes, particularly those involving batch production or 'brewing' cycles, to identify areas for automation and optimization.
- Collaborate with engineering teams to design and implement automation strategies that improve throughput, reduce waste, and enhance product quality.
- Develop project proposals and business cases for automation initiatives, considering ROI and strategic alignment.
- Manage vendor relationships and evaluate automation hardware and software solutions based on business requirements.
- Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify new automation technologies and trends relevant to batch processing.
- Oversee pilot projects and ensure successful integration of new automation systems.
- Provide training and support to operational teams on new automated processes.
- Monitor the performance of automated systems and recommend adjustments for continuous improvement.
- Ensure compliance with industry standards and safety regulations in all automation projects.
