Job Description

Role Summary:
We are seeking a dynamic and organized Head - Tour Management to oversee and coordinate all aspects of corporate travel and tour arrangements for our employees in Kochi. This role requires meticulous planning, strong negotiation skills, and the ability to manage vendor relationships effectively. The ideal candidate will ensure seamless travel experiences, optimize travel budgets, and adhere to company policies. This is an excellent opportunity for an MBA/PGDM graduate with a passion for operational excellence and a keen eye for detail.

Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement comprehensive tour management strategies to support business objectives.
- Negotiate favorable rates and contracts with airlines, hotels, transportation providers, and other travel vendors.
- Manage and optimize the corporate travel budget, ensuring cost-effectiveness and efficiency.
- Coordinate all travel logistics, including flight bookings, accommodation, ground transportation, and visa/passport assistance.
- Proactively identify and resolve any travel-related issues or emergencies to minimize disruption.
- Maintain strong relationships with vendors, conducting regular performance reviews.
- Ensure compliance with all company travel policies and procedures.
- Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in tour management.
- Prepare regular reports on travel expenditure, vendor performance, and key travel metrics.
- Collaborate with internal departments (HR, Admin) to understand and fulfill travel requirements.
