Role Summary: Kedaara Capital is seeking a meticulous and organized Tour Manager to support our Chennai office operations. This role is crucial for coordinating and managing domestic and international travel arrangements for our investment professionals, ensuring seamless logistical execution for business trips, client meetings, and conferences. The ideal candidate will possess strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and a proactive approach to problem-solving.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage end-to-end travel logistics including flight bookings, hotel accommodations, visa applications, and ground transportation for senior management and investment teams.

Prepare detailed itineraries, travel packs, and necessary documentation for all business trips.

Coordinate with internal stakeholders to understand travel requirements and preferences.

Act as a point of contact for travelers during their trips, providing support and addressing any issues that may arise.

Maintain and update travel records, manage expense reports related to travel, and ensure compliance with company travel policies.

Research and recommend cost-effective travel solutions while ensuring comfort and efficiency.

Assist in coordinating event logistics and meeting arrangements as required.
