Role Summary: We are seeking a dynamic and enthusiastic Tour Guide / Coordinator with a Master of Laws (LLM) degree and 1-3 years of experience to join our team in Bangalore. The ideal candidate will be responsible for organizing and leading educational tours of our agricultural facilities, ensuring a seamless and informative experience for visitors, while also providing legal and regulatory guidance related to our operations. This role requires a unique blend of communication, organizational, and legal acumen.

Key Responsibilities:

Plan, coordinate, and conduct guided tours of our agricultural research centers, farms, and processing units for diverse groups including students, farmers, government officials, and international delegates.

Develop and deliver engaging presentations and informational materials about our company's history, operations, products, and commitment to sustainable agriculture.

Ensure all tour activities comply with relevant company policies, safety regulations, and legal requirements.

Provide legal and regulatory insights to tour participants regarding agricultural practices, land use, environmental compliance, and intellectual property relevant to our industry.

Liaise with internal departments (e.g., R&D, Operations, Legal) to gather accurate information and ensure the smooth execution of tours.

Manage visitor logistics, including scheduling, transportation arrangements, and accommodation where necessary.

Handle visitor inquiries and feedback effectively, ensuring a positive and memorable experience.

Assist the legal team with documentation and research related to agricultural laws and compliance as needed.
