Kitchen Steward / Dishwasher (BBA/BBM Required) - Guwahati

We are seeking a diligent and organized Kitchen Steward / Dishwasher with 2-4 years of experience and a BBA/BBM degree to join our team in Guwahati. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining cleanliness and hygiene standards in the kitchen and dining areas, ensuring efficient dishwashing operations, and supporting the culinary team. This role requires a proactive approach to cleanliness and organization, with a strong understanding of food safety protocols. As a Kitchen Steward, you will play a crucial role in ensuring a smooth and efficient kitchen environment, contributing to the overall guest experience.

Key Responsibilities:

• Operate and maintain dishwashing equipment, ensuring proper sanitation and cleanliness.
• Wash and sanitize all kitchen utensils, cookware, and service ware.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the dishwashing area and overall kitchen environment.
• Dispose of waste and recycling according to established procedures.
• Assist in receiving and storing kitchen supplies.
• Support the culinary team with basic food preparation tasks as needed.
• Adhere to all food safety and hygiene regulations, including HACCP standards.
• Perform general cleaning duties in kitchen and storage areas.
