We are seeking a highly motivated and ambitious individual to join our corporate team as an Executive Sous Chef / Chef De Cuisine. This role is ideal for a recent MBA/PGDM graduate with a passion for culinary excellence and a desire to apply business acumen in a dynamic corporate environment. You will support the head chef in all culinary operations, focusing on menu planning, food preparation, kitchen management, and ensuring the highest standards of hygiene and quality.

Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in the planning and development of menus, considering nutritional value, cost-effectiveness, and client preferences.
- Oversee daily food preparation, ensuring consistency and quality across all dishes.
- Manage kitchen inventory, including ordering supplies, stock rotation, and minimizing waste.
- Supervise and train junior kitchen staff, fostering a collaborative and efficient work environment.
- Ensure strict adherence to food safety and sanitation regulations (HACCP, FSSAI).
- Contribute to cost control measures for food and labor.
- Support the Head Chef in executing special events and catering operations.
- Conduct market research and trend analysis to identify new culinary opportunities.
- Apply business management principles to optimize kitchen operations and profitability.
