We are seeking a diligent and organized Housekeeping Manager / Supervisor to join our team at our Kolkata operations. This role is ideal for a recent M.Pharma graduate looking to apply their analytical skills and attention to detail in a practical, operational environment within the Ports & Shipping industry. You will be responsible for ensuring the highest standards of cleanliness, hygiene, and safety across our facilities.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and implement comprehensive housekeeping schedules and procedures.

Supervise and train housekeeping staff to ensure efficient service delivery and adherence to standards.

Manage inventory of cleaning supplies and equipment, ensuring adequate stock levels and proper storage.

Conduct regular inspections of all areas to ensure cleanliness, orderliness, and safety compliance.

Address and resolve any housekeeping-related issues or complaints promptly.

Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations.

Maintain records related to housekeeping activities, staff performance, and inventory.

Assist in the development and implementation of hygiene protocols, leveraging M.Pharma knowledge for understanding sanitation requirements.
