Role Summary: We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented individual to join our Housekeeping & Laundry team as a Trainee. This entry-level position is ideal for recent graduates with a BCA degree looking to gain practical experience in the hospitality sector. You will be instrumental in maintaining the highest standards of cleanliness and orderliness across our property, contributing to an exceptional guest experience. Your analytical skills from your BCA background will be leveraged to assist in inventory management and process improvement within the department.

Key Responsibilities:

- Assist in the daily cleaning and upkeep of guest rooms, public areas, and back-of-house spaces according to established standards.

- Manage and maintain laundry operations, including washing, drying, ironing, and folding of linens and guest garments.

- Ensure proper use and storage of cleaning supplies and equipment.

- Conduct regular inventory checks of housekeeping supplies and linens, and report any discrepancies.

- Assist in organizing and managing departmental records and data, utilizing your BCA knowledge.

- Support the Housekeeping Supervisor in implementing new procedures and improving operational efficiency.

- Respond to guest requests and inquiries related to housekeeping services promptly and professionally.

- Uphold the hotel's standards of hygiene, safety, and guest service at all times.
