Role Summary:
We are seeking a dynamic and results-oriented Hotel / General Manager with 3-4 years of experience to oversee the operational and administrative functions of our facilities in Thane. This role requires a strong understanding of operational management, customer service, and a proactive approach to problem-solving, with a unique blend of technical acumen suitable for a B.Tech/B.E. graduate.

Key Responsibilities:
- Manage day-to-day operations of the facility, ensuring efficiency and adherence to company standards.
- Oversee guest services and ensure a high level of customer satisfaction.
- Develop and implement operational strategies to improve service quality and cost-effectiveness.
- Manage staff performance, training, and development.
- Ensure compliance with health, safety, and security regulations.
- Maintain inventory and manage vendor relationships.
- Utilize technical knowledge (B.Tech/B.E.) for process optimization and problem resolution.
- Prepare operational reports and financial forecasts.
