- Handle incoming and outgoing mail and deliveries.
- Provide general administrative support to the office.
- Assist with event coordination and guest hospitality.
- Maintain visitor logs and ensure security protocols are followed.
- Proactively identify and suggest improvements to front-office processes and guest experience.
